Can we hack and access any webcam that is hook up to internet? Well, according to this guy he claim that he can, see the video after the jump:

The truth is YES, it can be done, but you have to get through the firewalls, etc etc. So the method is just working for webcam that is open to public. Go ahead, give it a try:

Just put this line in google.
